  • Applicable Arizona state laws regarding non-discrimination

Reporting Concerns

Any individual who believes they have been subjected to discrimination in violation of this policy is strongly encouraged to report their concerns to Mend Care’s management at info@mendmobilecare.com. We take all such reports seriously and will conduct a prompt and thorough investigation.

Retaliation Prohibited

Mend Care strictly prohibits retaliation against any individual who makes a good-faith report of discrimination or participates in an investigation.

Language Assistance Services Language assistance services, including translated documents and oral interpretation, are available to persons with limited English proficiency free of charge.
